The performance pad allows the load to be separated from the power source maximizing efficiency

Very impressed WITH what it can handle
"I recently had to change out my 4R100 transmission and torque converter. I have gone through three of these transmissions in the last two years. when I explained this to the salesman he recommended I upgrade my torque converter because I haul heavy loads for work. I bought there heavy duty triple disc billet backed converter. I have had this in now for over six months and it has held up like a champ. Very impressed and I would recommend this upgrade for anyone hauling heavy loads."

I am so impressed.
