Our 4L60E torque converter has been manufactured at our state of the art facility utilizing the latest in aftermarket technologies. Our innovative design allows your 4L60E torque converter to engage much quicker, enabling you to tow at a much lower RPM. Lowering a torque converters stall speed will also allow it to lock up using much less energy. This in turn gives the 4L60E the ability to operate at its full capacity while towing.
The stall speed on our 4l60E torque converter is set at 1200 to 1400 which is perfect for heavy hauling. We have added many upgrades to our low stall converters that will maximize the strength and performance of your Chevy or GMC pickup truck.
The 4L60E torque converter is American built and requires the workmanship and quality of its internal components to be built with American parts. This Torque converter has been built with components that have been made strictly in the USA.
Performance Clutches
These clutches are covered in Kevlar which allows them to perform under the most extreme temperatures.
Needle Bearings
We use needle bearings instead of a bushing. The benefit of using needle bearings is the reduction of friction which comes from less rolling. This means less wear and it also requires less energy for the bearing to be moved.
Performance Springs
All springs have been upgrade to heavy duty models. This helps lock up the converter quick at a low RPM making it perform at its best while minimizing the stress on the transmission.
